The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to key attractions yet quietly nestled away in a courtyard. The breakfast selection, particularly the home-made bread, was a delightful surprise and the staff made the stay that much more enjoyable with their friendly assistance. However, there were issues that marred the experience, including a malfunctioning air conditioning unit and initial rudeness from a staff member. resolving these took longer than expected. Overall, the warm atmosphere and excellent breakfast options contrasted sharply with some service shortcomings.

Mixed Experience with Room Issues
Our stay was overshadowed by a malfunctioning air conditioning unit that left us very uncomfortable at night. While the staff did try to help, we faced a rude night porter initially. Thankfully, another staff member assisted us later. Pro tip, verify amenities before checking in!

great location but minor issues
The location is a gem, just a 30-second walk to the heart of the city! The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, always eager to assist with any needs. Additionally, the breakfast spread was noteworthy, featuring fresh fruits and delicious eggs cooked to order, which made each morning special. I also appreciated the unique local photography decor that added character to the hotel.
The access to the hotel can be tricky, as you can't drive up to the door.

Couple looking for comfort and convenience
Had such a great time here! The breakfast was healthy and delicious, every morning we got to sample tons of options, loved it! The staff was super friendly, especially one girl at breakfast who really took care of us. I remember one morning she even asked if we had any special requests!
Sure, it wasn’t exactly a budget place, but worth it.

Air conditioning issues caused a sleepless night. Experienced a delay in addressing problems, with inconsistent responses from staff. A cockroach sighting near the room and complaints about breakfast options detracted from the overall experience.
